Originally from Brazil, founder Rafael Nardo has spent 15 years shaping Bali’s hospitality scene, leading some of the island’s most celebrated venues. With experience spanning Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, Bartolo is his personal homage to the bistros and bars of Europe — inspired by travels, rooted in community, and driven by his passion for food and people.
Our menu is a celebration of French-Italian classics done right, with a touch of Bali’s seasonal charm. Tender beef bourguignon, grilled prawns with espelette butter, and our signature pici cacio e pepe made fresh, in-house, every day.
