On the floor, she’ll be pouring natural wine by the glass — lots of it.
It’s loud, relaxed, and unapologetically wine bar-coded.

For one night only, Chef Dario Costa is taking over Bartolo next tuesday 27th, with a wild lineup of seafood bar bites straight from the coast of Brazil.

Alongside mixologist Vinicius Parra, they’re bringing cocktails and stories from their island restaurant Benedita, all the way from Fernando de Noronha.

Join us this Friday, December 20th, from 5pm for an epic collab with Sunday Kitchen @sundaykitchen.bali , bringing you an authentic Brazilian working-class feast. We’ll be serving up Feijão Tropeiro—a tasty mix of beans, corn flour, meats, kale, and a fried egg on top.
To wash it all down, we’ve got island brewing Pilsner on tap for just 20k all night, plus some crispy pork belly snacks on while you’re at it.
