Sabrina Alatas — aka The Grumpy Chef — is stepping into the Bartolo kitchen for a one-night menu built on bold flavors, zero pretension and whatever she feels like serving.
On the floor, she’ll be pouring natural wine by the glass — lots of it. It’s loud, relaxed, and unapologetically wine bar-coded.
